Prohibition Era Highball

2 oz. GEORGE REMUS® Bourbon

2-4 oz. Club Soda

Pour over ice.

While the Highball is one of the most common cocktails of Prohibition, it’s origins are hotly contested. Some say, the Adams House in Boston was the first to mix this classic elixir. While others contend it was brought to the United States in 1894 by English actor E.J. Ratcliffe.

Either way, a cocktail worth fighting over must be good. And if it’s crafted with GEORGE REMUS® Bourbon, it must be even better.
